What is Dwell Internship?
Dwell Internship is created for young adults (ages 18-28) who are ready to give God their “YES” to Jesus and fully surrender to His plan. This is more than just an internship, it’s a set apart season of deep discipleship “where you will learn to” Love Him • Behold Him • Respond to Him • Carry Him in every area of life as sons and daughters of God. We’re looking for passionate, faithful, and wholehearted people who are all in for Jesus. If that’s you, consider this your invitation to take a bold step of faith and join a community of young adults seeking the Lord together!
The Structure
of Dwell Internship
• Prayer Room: Interns will minister to the Lord in the prayer room; we call this dwell. They will learn how to develop a lifestyle of worship and friendship with the Lord Jesus.
• Discipleship Class: Our discipleship classes are a powerful time of encounter, impartation, teaching, and equipping interns to live out their faith and follow the Holy Spirit in everyday life. Learn from trusted men and women of God who are passionate about Jesus and eager to pour into the next generation.
• Bible Class: The Word of God is the foundation of a thriving relationship with God. During the Dwell Internship, interns will receive deep biblical teaching from our pastoral team, equipping them to understand and apply Scripture in healthy theology and in everyday life.
• Tracks: Dwelling Place isn’t just a Sunday service, it’s a thriving ministry with many opportunities to grow and learn. Interns will serve alongside the Dwelling Place team in key areas of ministry throughout the week in our services.
• Activation: Interns will be equipped and sent out to impact both our city and the nations through outreach, missions, and evangelism; carrying the love and power of Jesus to those in need.

Tracks
Worship - More Than a Sound
Worship starts in the prayer room, known as “Dwell”—the heartbeat of our church. This track isn’t just about music; it’s about ministering to the Lord from the identity of sonship, not only talent. Interns will serve under our staff worship team, receiving teaching on biblical priesthood, worship foundations, and skill development. Whether you’re a vocalist, musician, dancer, or audio engineer, this is your opportunity to be trained and poured into. Note: this track requires auditioning and goes through our worship team on-boarding protocol.
Media - Capturing the Anointing
If you’re creative, tech-savvy, and love production, this track is for you! Media is all about visually capturing what God is doing through video, lighting, photography, and live production. You’ll work with a passionate team of creatives and gain hands-on experience in producing high-quality church media.
Church Life - Cultivating an Atmosphere
Running a thriving church requires dedication and teamwork. This team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both the Lord and His people. We pray, plan, and organize church-wide events throughout the year, relying on Holy Spirit-led administration, logistics, and collaboration—all while having fun in the process. If you enjoy event planning, teamwork, and creating meaningful experiences, this is the perfect place for you.
Kids - Training World Changers
If you have a heart for the next generation, the Kids Ministry Track is where you can make a real impact. From babies to elementary students, you will help create a space where kids experience Jesus through worship, creative teaching, and fun events. Investing in children is at the core of God's heart, and we're here to make it both powerful and a BLAST!
Youth - Leading the Next Generation
If you're full of energy and passionate about investing in the next generation, the Youth Track is for you. You'll be part of a dynamic team that prays, strategizes, and actively seeks to impact teenagers in a powerful way. This track offers an exciting opportunity to grow as a leader-- whether it's leading a small group, building relationships, or sharing Jesus in real and meaningful ways. You never know how God will use you to make a difference in youth ministry.
Leadership & Shepherding – Carrying For People Well
If you feel called to grow in leadership and care for others, the Leadership & Shepherding Track is for you. This track is focused on developing servant-hearted leaders who are grounded in the presence of God and equipped to serve the local church. You’ll learn how to minister to people, work with teams, communication skills, and step into responsibility within the house. This track is about becoming the kind of leader who reflects the heart of Jesus to Serve the house, Serve the people, and Serve one another.
